Netflix is opening an NYC production hub, will lease about 161,000 square feet for six sound stages in Brooklyn and also will expand its Manhattan office  —  The streamer also will expand its Manhattan office and create 127 high-paying jobs by 2024.  —  Amazon's loss is Netflix's gain.
