Road transport ministry has a new ‘plan’ to keep cars safe from cyberattacks
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has proposed a new cyber security system called Cyber Security and Management Systems (CSMS) for certain categories of four-wheelers. The system aims to protect vehicles from cyber threats and will be applicable to both passenger and commercial vehicles. The proposed system will require vehicle manufacturers to submit an application for approval of a vehicle type with regards to cyber security. https://ift.tt/vmAnlZk
