Dell reportedly laid off employees in sales department

Dell is set to layoff more employees as part of restructuring and transformation, with a spokesperson confirming that some of the sales team will be affected. The company has not confirmed how many employees will be impacted by this round of layoffs. Dell President of Sales and Customer Operations, Bill Scannell, stated this shift represents the "most significant alteration to date" in Dell's Go-To-Market approach. Dell's revenue has been adversely affected by the decline in PC sales, with 55% of its revenue coming from computer business. https://ift.tt/E1iy7uP
