Call of Duty deal: How US court's decision may bring 'good news' for Microsoft, Activision in the UK

According to a report by news agency Reuters, Britain's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has said that it will allow Microsoft to bring amendments to its acquisition of Activision Blizzard to address its concerns. In April, the antitrust regulator blocked the biggest video gaming deal involving $69 billion. Both Microsoft and the CMA have reportedly agreed on new proposals. https://ift.tt/G4rxNUc
