A UK court throws out a case against Google concerning the transfer of 1.6M patients' data by an NHS trust to DeepMind in 2015 and its alleged misuse  —  Google on Friday defeated a lawsuit brought on behalf of 1.6 million people over medical records provided to the U.S. tech giant by a British hospital trust.
