Here's how to pin direct messages on Twitter
The Direct Messages on Twitter enable users to have a private conversation on the microblogging platform. You can use the Direct Messages feature to communicate with other users privately about tweets and other content. You are allowed to start a private conversation or also create a group conversation with anyone who follows you. Also, anyone you don't follow can send you a Direct Message if you have opted in to receive Direct Messages from anyone or if you have previously sent that person a Direct Message.
