Microsoft introduces Copilot for businesses: What is it, how does it work and more
Copilot is a new update to Microsoft's business apps that incorporates technology from AI startup OpenAI. Copilot is available in Dynamics 365 Sales and Viva Sales and seeks to automate some of the routine tasks associated with sales and customer service. Copilot can assist with tasks such as drafting email responses to customers and generating an email summary of a Teams meeting in Outlook.
