Israeli startup PayEm, which offers accounting tools for businesses to manage invoices, bills, and more, comes out of stealth with $20M Series A and $7M seed  —  Itamar Jobani was a software developer working for a medical company and “hated that time of the month” when he had to use the company's chosen reimbursement tool.
