Chinese grocery delivery app Dingdong closed at $23.52, up just 2 cents from its offer price in its trading debut, after raising ~$96M in a downsized US IPO  —  Dingdong, the first of the week's roughly 16 initial public offerings, began trading Tuesday after cutting, and then increasing, the size of its deal.
