India's Supreme Court rules in favor of allowing summons and legal notices to be served via messaging apps, such as WhatsApp and Telegram, as well as by email  —  This order marks as a huge step towards digitisation of Indian legal proceedings, where notices and summons used to be sent either by mail or delivered in person.
