Alipay and WeChat Pay now allow foreign visitors to link international credit cards to make mobile payments in mainland China  —  It has partnered up with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Global Network, and JCB to allow foreign visitors to link their credit cards to WeChat Pay.
