Microsoft says chip supply issues hurt its Q2 Office and Windows revenues and that negative effects “will take through the June quarter to normalize”  —  Microsoft's cloud businesses and Surface grew solidly during its Q2 FY19, while Windows OEM and Office Consumer products slowed, in part, due to chip supply issues.
