Oracle to acquire San Jose-based SD-WAN company Talari Networks, which was founded in 2009 and has so far received $53.5M in VC funding  —  Oracle Corp. said today it's acquiring a software-defined wide area network company called Talari Networks Inc. in order to build out its cloud and networking businesses.
