Hong Kong's securities regulator says funds investing 10%+ of their portfolios in crypto will need a license and proposes new rules for crypto exchanges  —  Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) says it will bring crypto funds under its securities regulations to improve investor protection.
