Adobe’s $4.75 billion acquisition to boost customer services

In a bid to expand its offered services, software firm Adobe has announced it will acquire Marketo, one of the market-leading cloud platform for B2B marketing engagement. The acquisition will cost the firm a sum of $4.75 billion and is expected to diversify Adobe’s customer experiences solutions across industries and companies of all sizes.
